Welcome to Sapphire Sands Travel. By using our website, booking services, or engaging with our advisors, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before making any booking.
1. General Information
Sapphire Sands Travel acts as an independent travel agency and booking intermediary.
We work with a variety of suppliers (airlines, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.). All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers in addition to ours.
Our role is to facilitate your travel arrangements; we do not own, operate, or control any of the services provided by third parties.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are subject to change until deposits or full payments are processed.
Prices are not guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier.
Any promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
3. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable agency deposit of $100 per booking may apply. This deposit will be credited toward your final payment.
Each supplier has its own payment schedule and cancellation rules. You are responsible for reviewing these terms at the time of booking.
Final payment deadlines are strictly enforced. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Cancellations and changes are subject to supplier rules, fees, and penalties.
Sapphire Sands Travel may charge a service fee in addition to supplier penalties for cancellations, date changes, or name changes.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the supplier’s policy. Some services are fully non-refundable.
5. Travel Documents & Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid passports, visas, entry permits, and health/vaccination requirements for the destination.
Passports should be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.
Failure to meet documentation requirements may result in denied boarding or entry, with no liability to Sapphire Sands Travel.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, lost luggage, and other unexpected events.
If you decline insurance, you accept full responsibility for any financial losses.
7. Responsibility & Liability
Sapphire Sands Travel is not liable for acts of God, weather conditions, government actions, strikes, delays, or any acts beyond our control.
We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or losses incurred during your trip.
All travel services are subject to the liability limits of the suppliers providing them.
8. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information at the time of booking (names must match government-issued IDs exactly).
Review all itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents upon receipt.
Notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
9. Website Use
The content on this website is for informational and booking purposes only.
Unauthorized use, data mining, or misuse of this website is prohibited.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Texas.
